We find the right tenant by conducting initial enquiries. Tenants are required to complete a detailed application form which is then submitted to our referencing company for certification. In some cases where a guarantor is recommended, the guarantor is also subject to the same process. If there are exceptions, we inform the landlords and gain a final decision from the landlords.
